Dr. Doom: Pottersville & Dr. Doom: Bedford Falls by Christopher Cantwell, et al.

This is the full run of a monthly book headlined by Dr. Doom from 2019-2020. Plenty here for Doom lovers: Latverian political intrigue, psychological exploration, running gun battles on crumbling battlements, sorcerous powers, Kang the Conquerer, interdimensional travel, weird alternate armors, egomaniacal yelling, etc. Everything you could want in a Doom book, really. I feel like the writers really "got" Doom as a character, and the books include several epically "Doom" moments (see the spoiler footnote1 for an example).
The books aren't perfect though. Some of the supporting characters who dip in and out are undercharacterized, and the plot is a little thin in places. I think those are both products of the fact that the authors are trying to do so much in just 200 pages (give or take), and there are limits to how much you can really "do" in a comic that length (although books like Watchmen are obvious counter-examples).
In any case, the art is excellent and the great parts of the books are pretty great. Well worth a read for fans of Dr. Doom or Marvel comics generally.
Footnotes:
Doom destroys an entire universe rather than admit weakness.
