What Doesn't Kill Us by Scott Carney

A fairly interesting first hand account of the Wim Hof method, significantly more balanced (and coherent) than Wim's book to be sure. Interesting journalism, and probing of the underlying medical science. He also goes down some interesting side paths (like the visit to the Army's extreme weather testing facility). Probably the single book to read if you're curious about WH or his weird cold tolerance stunts.
